Austin J. Evans is Senior Counsel in the San Diego office of Klinedinst PC. His practice focuses on corporate law, estate planning, regulatory compliance, civil litigation, employment, and transactional matters. He represents small and mid-sized businesses as Outside General Counsel, advising on corporate governance, compliance, and dispute resolution.

Mr. Evans integrates estate and business planning within a trusted advisor model, providing practical guidance on business operations and related legal matters, including litigation and transactions.

He serves as Chair of the City of San Diego Small Business Advisory Board and as Secretary of the Tom Homann LGBTQ+ Law Association, where he has been a Board member since 2023. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Native American Lawyers Association of San Diego.

Mr. Evans is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association and Lawyers Club of San Diego. He earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he served on the San Diego Law Review and received the Distinguished Service Award, and holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
